his listing is for a vintage Harrison Hurtz ligature for hard rubber soprano saxophone mouthpieces. This is a true original Harrison, not the Rico remake or the Japanese knockoff. It is stamped "S2". It will fit standard size hard rubber and plastic soprano sax mouthpieces such as Selmer (S80, S90, Soloist, etc.), Yamaha, and many more. This one is interesting in that it appears to be bare brass with an 'antique' type finish. I've never seen one quite like this. It looks very cool, although it certainly isn't bright and shiny!
This ligature is in excellent condition. It has not been bent out of shape, and the delicate points where the side bands meet the "H" have never been broken. The screws function properly as well. You don't see the soprano version of the original Harrison come up for sale often, so if you've been looking for one, don't pass this one by!
Please feel free to email me with any questions.
    Thanks again for looking!
    Note to international buyers:
Due to the current global pandemic, international shipments via USPS mail are experiencing significant delays. This is due to lack of available transportation (ie. mail is normally carried overseas as cargo on commercial passenger flights, however the flight schedules have been slashed). European buyers have experienced wait times of up to 2 months for shipments to arrive. If this potential wait presents a problem for you, please refrain from purchasing at this time. I sincerely apologize for this, unfortunately unavoidable, inconvenience.
